Pros

You will lose weight. The Fisker diet is a thing, and it happens because you are too stressed, upset and busy to eat or sleep.

Cons

Too many to list here, but the main things are: - Geeta Fisker is an absolute nightmare. Do your research into the leadership team before even considering applying. She is an inexperienced leader who rules the company with fear and intimidation tactics. She is very immature and seems to enjoy berating and embarrassing teammates in front of their direct reports. She starts rumours (in her own company!) and constantly erodes trust and camaraderie that the team leaders are trying to promote and build. - Unrealistic expectations. It’s ambitious that the company has committed to delivery dates and vehicles prices, and this will soon become your problem as an engineer to try and deliver on this. - High turnover. It’s often brushed under the rug what the retention rates are here. Again, do your research. Some key leadership roles have left and had short tenures for the above reasons. - Industry reputation. Again, do your research. There are many better and more progressive EV companies to join that won’t mean sacrificing your mental, physical and emotional health.

Pros

trendy electric vehicle startup company

Cons

So many I can't even count. As with others on here, Geeta is an absolute nightmare. Somehow her leadership style is to berate you in public and her claim to fame is that she only took half a day off after breast cancer surgery. Ive heard this in company all-hands calls like 5 times. We get it, youre a work aholic. At the same time, you are stingy with pay, with stock, and expect people to worship the ground you walk on because, what? Because you don't have a life outside of Fisker? I mean, if I owned half of the company maybe I'd feel the same. But instead, Fisker tries to short change you on everything and then spin it as if it is a great feature. Case in point: flexible vacation. Take as much as you'd like? That's not going to happen. Its basically only in their policy so they don't have to pay out employees when they leave without taking vacation, which they don't because the leadership believes everyone at Fisker should be working as late as they can, on weekends, on holidays, doesn't matter.

Pros

Good mentors here, good location

Cons

Management is super toxic and narcissistic...also looks like Geeta is posting obviously fake reviews to boost the company's rating.... (something she has been known to do in the past) The moment light is shined on the company it is over
