Pros

Job security. Interesting topics to work on. External exposure very early on. Nice peers and very friendly and flat environment which makes daily work churning comfortable. Low stress workload generally Work life balance on your own terms (option to take on more work for more pay)

Cons

Limited technical training to take on the role, mostly self initiated. Salary increment is slow Promotion prospects to manager for non-head office personnel almost unheard of. Too much bulk in content that can be easily streamlined to get a better quality output for stuff clients are actually reading. Micromanagement in output and content delivery. Does not invest in its people.

Amazing work life balance and work from home(and anywhere for some period) policy. Smart and friendly colleagues and bosses. Recognised global brand. High responsibility for country/sector view from day 1! Rapid media and client exposure.

Cons

Not much room for career advancement. It's as much learning as the individual wants it to be. Self-directed. Low increments.
