When working there, Fivetran holds all of these all hands meetings to talk about how well they are doing as a company. It now seems like they were withholding information or something because they laid off a lot of employees completely out of nowhere. Job security doesn't seem to be great unless you are one of the people who have been at the company for years. They also push out product updates to customers without testing them. So the customer experiences tons of issues and the Fivetran employees are thrown at the problem to try and fix it.
