Pros
* Some really smart people here. I feel like there's a lot of opportunity to learn from your peers, considering the diversity in strengths here. * Tech stack is up to date. * WLB has been pretty consistent so you typically know what to expect (generally I think it's pretty fair but I guess it depends on your department and team after reading the reviews here). * Extremely organized with a lot of processes, although this can sometimes be a detriment with how many boxes need to be checked and all of the bookkeeping before something actually gets prioritized.
Cons
* Senior Leadership makes some baffling decisions. Company goal posts are constantly moving, either because of poor projections or just bad execution. * Have been hearing about how we're "about to IPO" for the last few years but has yet to happen. Pretty sure that's just a way to get new recruits in at this point. * Top down treatment of ICs from managers can feel pretty demeaning sometimes and can feel like there's a lack of trust and empathy. * No bonus, and equity grants are only given on promotion. Total pay is quite a bit lower than other tech companies in the Bay Area.
