      Lot's of Employee events RRSP plan

      Cons

      There is constant gossip, and management shares way more then they should about each others personal lives. It's very much so a "boys club" Lots of peer pressure to drink at employee events. Will continue to increases your work load with out compensation. Does not do annual reviews, and makes it know that they don't want to be doing reviews, while doing the review.

      They are in a very good market position

      Cons

      Not tolerant of different opinions. Unless you buy 100% into their corporate mantra, don't work here. No secrets. Just a little off the beaten path, corporately speaking.
