Pros

If you're looking for unlimited overtime, I guess that's something. Most of us want time off, though.

Cons

Management was seemingly run by five year olds, a complete mess. Too much product sent back with complaints which forced overtime on employees - constant 6 day work weeks. Literally a company that works you to death and throws you out when you're no longer useful. By all means avoid them like the plague - work ANYWHERE else but Flambeau.

There are really none...unless you are hard up for a job.

HR Department lacks people skills, has no regard for employees, and is very deceitful ... which says a lot about the company and its values.

Interesting products, large player in the industry.

Cons

Ran by second generation of the family. They have no clue how to treat customers. Then have no understanding of even the most basic concepts of good customer service because they have never worked for anyone else besides their father.
