The CEO is constantly changing directions and never would let anything come to fruition before introducing another idea that is not fully fleshed out but expects everyone to jump on board and start selling it. The lack of documenting knowledge to be shared, you would end up guessing how to do your job quite often by either lacking documentation or just lack of direction provided by management.

Good engineers, but that doesn't mean they are good at it. The business direction may vary depending on the investment company’s opinion.
