      Pros

      There is not much that can be listed as Pros tbh.

      Cons

      Normal Cons: No Team-work culture. Everyone is trained to play the blame game; no one has an attitude to look out for one another. Money is average for the workload you get. Flextrade has very bad reputation in the market too. Technology is outdated. Horrible Cons: Very bad management Really bad HR Dead end for the career Hint of Racism

      Pros

      The people here are friendly. No worry about layoff. That's about it. Lots of sick leaves since there is no accountability.

      Cons

      1 the pay is way below par and increments are fixed no matter how hard you work. Hence no one really cares to put in the extra effort. They just do the bare minimum 2 the higher management does not care about you. 3. The system is super buggy and qa is practically non existent. Example there are 10 developer for 1 qa person. 4. It's a complete sweat shop.

      Pros

      Work / life balance is good, management is reasonable in their expectations. Colleagues are nice. No rigid internal processes (which can sometimes turn into a negative). No politics.

      Cons

      Virtually no emphasis on career or skill development. No performance management (hence no rewards). Standard benefits, without any extra perks.
