      Flexfab works hard to maintain an above average Culture

      Pros

      Flexfab offers all the major benefits and more. They work hard to cultivate the positive culture they have preserved for many years which is the one area I think Flexfab excels at. There is a lot more consideration of individual circumstances than the production people are aware of. There is always heavy consideration behind closed doors of how we can best serve people within the guidelines of the contract. They even offer alternative schedules now.

      Cons

      Everyone needs to realize the culture starts with every one of us. Sometimes the lenient policies make management's job a lot harder but it is respected as part of the culture.

      Decent pay, paid holidays, decent time off accrual system

      Cons

      Not family friendly, supervisors lack compassion, first shift by seniority only, horrible insurance plans, no AC and extreme heat in summer. Overall unpleasant work conditions and environment
