Small company run by a narcissistic boss and entrenched management with a constant revolving door of employees. All company or department meetings are run by the president and will always end in employees being berated and shouted at. There is no communication between departments or in general (new hires will come and go without you even knowing they were there). Company uses software & manual processes from the 1990s. You will be expected to work (unpaid) afterhours and/or weekends on a regular basis. Cons: Toxic Environment, Poor work-life balance, Culture of low trust, Ancient tech-stack
