This company is ridiculous. I don't know what is more disappointing the Management Team, or the fact that I allowed myself to be interviewed by them. I had an interview to fill a flight attendant position with Flight Options. This was the most unprofessional interview I have ever attended. Some of "upper management" came late to the interview left early and did not even get my name right when shaking my hand. Needless to say their presentation all around was crude. The rest of the interview I felt was sizing me up NOT on skill set and training needed for the job but how I was going to "blend" with the other crew members. No wonder they are hiring, their flight attendants do not get along! I feel these individuals are middle management at best promoted from within and have no true leadership skills more or less class. It is my opinion from experience that they hire not based on an individuals job related abilities but on a social scale- this can be hard for even the best of us given the fact the ones hiring are truly unequipped and shouldn't be in their current role in the first place. I am happy to vocalize this experience to possibly enlighten others. No wonder they are being bought over ....they need a huge huge facelift!

No flexibility, extremely difficult to get/take time off, extremely difficult to have vacation, awful balance between work and quality of life outside of work, petty coworkers. It feels very high school, everyone is looking for a reason to write in to management about each other. No employee morale. Quality of hotels & airlines very poor! I stayed at better places flying commercial. Everyone complains on the road but are too weak and scared to speak up to the company. If you do speak up you become a target. It's very difficult to have a life outside of this company. They do not allow any room for you To use PTO.
