Great team full of passionate and driven individuals who care to see the world change for the betters

Cons

Terrible leadership who will never take responsibility for bad decision making and poor management skills. Over worked employees. All positive reviews are fake because HR emailed everyone asking them to go onto this site and post a positive review to make things appear better than they are. False promises for promotions and raises. Your customers will consistently be billed for the wrong services causing tons of distrust between you and your clients. Overall total mess for a company who’s been around for 8+ years. The company will be out of business within the next few years without a doubt.

Environmentally conscious company, HR tries to make it a fun place to work

Cons

Typical start-up problems: expectations are absolutely outrageous. All employees are expected to do the job of multiple positions, especially the accounting department. I left when they asked us to start working 11 hour days for no additional compensation.

Absolutely no work/life balance, very minimal PTO, unreasonable WFH policy, constant disorganization, unrealistic expectations
