The management and leadership of Flodesk is a disaster. The CEO has no idea what is going on and leadership treats people like they are dispensable. The turn-over rate is through the roof due to people leaving to escape the toxicity when they can no longer take it. Management pretends that everything is so great and that they have big plans to make people happy, but only make self serving decisions. They listen to your complaints and do absolutely nothing about it. When you are no longer of use or become a voice of truth, you are encouraged to leave, but they will frame it in a way that seems like they are helping you in your career. They do not value internal knowledge or experience... you pretty much have to be a man from Go Fund Me in order to receive a promotion. All other departments will treat you like your not even worth their time or respect, which is ironic because those other departments are also being micromanaged and disrespected. You have "unlimited PTO" but will be guilted into not taking it or feeling bad that you did. None of your concerns or dreams will ever be taken seriously. DO NOT WORK HERE. For the person in leadership reading this who thinks that people can just afford to leave when they are unhappy, do better. We have bills that needs to be paid and people counting on us to support them. It's a rich persons POV to tell someone to "just leave" or "just get another job." How about, you actually try to make this place better instead of just rotating staff? I know, admitting that your the problem is preposterous. For the person thinking of working here and reading this, run. All the good reviews are from people just hired who haven't been treated like crap yet or from GFM men who have been promoted.
