Pros
They aren’t always busy so you don’t have to wash a lot of cars on some days. They also cater different foods in on Saturdays and feed you.
Cons
-Barely get tips -A lot of walking so be prepared. - Equipment isn’t the best.. but you can make it work - You also of course have to wash employee cars if asked.

Demanding environment, difficult management. The owner can be very challenging to get along with.
