Passionate group of people working together to make a difference with people and in communities that really need the services we provide.

Cons

Funding challenges continue to plague the organization over and over again making it difficult to focus on the objectives of the position and the mission of the organization.

To improve the development of community workforce. Help create future leaders understand that humble beginnings is where the heart stays. Staying connected to people in a non-profit organization help me to understand that serving others in need is key to true prosperity.

Not able to help everyone and working with others who can care less about.
