I have been with Focus internally for 5 years and was promoted from Sr. Recruiter to Recruiting Manager. I have enjoyed working with the internal team, who are all friendly and passionate about helping people. Since I started with Focus, the company has expanded its internal staff, its client base, and types of industries it works with. This has provided candidates with many more job opportunities, including contract or direct hire. I love that the company vouches for its candidates and contract employees when it comes to negotiating higher pay rates. Focus also opened FocusITstaff, an IT staffing division, recently as a result of client demand.

Cons

Many of the internal team works remotely, so the amount of office events have decreased.

Focus is one of the best companies I've ever worked for. Everyone is knowledgeable in their positions and they sincerely want to help candidates land the perfect job.

None. This company really cares and goes above and beyond for their employees.

A lot of room for growth within the company. Everyone works as a team and conqueror all challenges in a timely manner. A great place to work if you are new in the industry. A very flexible work environment.
