Management, Opportunity for Growth, Culture. Management doesn't care to help anyone else grow, it's more so a competition rather than a team. They can dish things out but cannot handle it when you they ask for your thoughts or opinions. They only do things to make them look good on paper, but when it comes to harassment or complaints of being taken advantage of professionally, they don't persue it. They reward people who continuously make mistakes or disrespect others but will punish the ones who work hard. They claim they're all a team but if you're not from Piscataway or Bensalem branches, you're treated like more so of a pain than a member of the company. A lot of favoritism.

Tough work environment, slightly outdated practices and tooling.
