Pros
The main pro is the people at Fond - everyone I interact with is compassionate, smart, modest, transparent, and always willing to help.
Using the platform in house is sweet too, great to be able to use reward points on gift cards (and more), and the yearly service awards are proper!
Cons
Many hats, sometimes long hours, but all in good spirits.
