everyone are friendly and helpful pay is ok for fresh grad

rotation is based on business need dont keep expectations too high when joining as HR overpromote the programme no mentor to actually continuously guide on you not challenging enough expect nothing from HR micromanaging manager no wfh opportunities

Cooperative culture. Some nice people. HQ in NZ which is a great place
Cons
Limited global experience of current management team. B2B culture with very little understanding of Consumer business. Frequent and Ad hoc changed to company structure and very little regard to people.
