Cons

- Unreasonable upper that only care about their progressions - Unrealistic targets to achieve - Upper covering up criminal crimes, choose to ignore the crimes - Racist - Toxic - Uneducated from the top board - Bad decision - Doesn't listen to feedback - Allowing staff to vape in store and top board not taking actions - Part time salary forever underpay - Lots of last min task, last min discounts informed - Need one month in advance when applying annual leave, and doesn't guarantee your leave even applied - Forever prices different online and in-store - Top board don't go for store visits regularly, only visit when there's VIP visiting - A lot of unreasonable "warning letter", such as finding abit of dust on mirrors - Unreasonable promotions, such as promoting part timer all the way up to management - Hiring turnover rate are sky high
