Pros

From the outset, my experience with this company was marked by a lack of transparency. Key details, such as the fact that full-time status equates to only 37 hours per week, were not disclosed in the job posting or during the interview process. This was only revealed after I had signed the offer letter. The compensation offered was significantly below market value, and there was no effort during interviews or HR conversations to provide a clear picture of expectations or structure. The work environment can be challenging if you’re not aligned with certain supervisors, as favoritism is prevalent and can impact your ability to thrive. Requests for additional training and shadowing — which are essential for adapting to new systems — were acknowledged but ultimately never fulfilled, despite repeated follow-ups. In summary, this role may be suitable for someone new to case management who is looking to gain initial experience. However, for professionals with prior experience, the lack of transparency, support, and growth opportunities, combined with below-average pay, make it a less desirable option.

Cons

Favoritism and lack of training. Low wages.
