They will employ anyone regardless of qualifications or competency
Cons
Low pay, obnoxiously long hours, zero employee appreciation, lies on top of lies, no concern for members or guests, eager to slap a coat of paint on a problem and call it a day… the company is in the business of flipping golf courses that have seen better days, it’s approach to employees is in the same vain. Buy low and cut ties as soon as they reach peak value
