Pros
Growing young environment, great people, cool tech stuff.
Cons
Work life balance, compensation definitely below average when I started, my friend had an easier job at another firm and made way more than me, and its not like they cant afford it either. They should invest in everyone not just senior members, they get paid well.

Pros
There is a balance between work and personal life. The dress code is relaxed. Technology used at work place is very new, so lot of things can be learned. Software development environment is organized by having all necessary latest software which helps in rapid development of code. The computer system they give is very good. Lunch Break room is very good with almost all essential items.
Cons
Pay is very less , compared to living expense of city where it is located. Software engineering process is not followed properly. There is lack of designer, architect in company. Working without proper design can be frustrating.. Other than coding, you learn no business here. Programming management does not know how to treat people, they lack management experience. Lots of people left company because of that
