      Easy to make money because of understaffing

      Cons

      Stressful Poor support Risk of losing a license because of safety concerns The hospital focuses more on filling beds than on worker satisfaction/safety. HR barely responds to emails sometimes, Accepts aggressive patients with minimal staffing/ no security.

      Pay is good and everyone you work with is really kind

      Cons

      Sensing some red flags over time, clinicians have too much on their plates. Discharge planning needs to be a real department so clinicians can do their jobs.
