      Pros

      Some cool people work here, do a good job, and care about their work. Can be fun if you're on the right team.

      Cons

      The company was top heavy, management operated with a self-important demeanor, and business systems were a mess.

      Pros

      I am paid well, but every day it feels like less and less money when considering everything else.

      Cons

      The place is truly a pit. Everywhere you look, you'll find exhausted employees. The leadership is abusive, exploitative, and prone to tantrums. Diversity is non-existent. To no shock to anyone, it's one more creative agency full of white men. I've heard racist remarks from leadership on more than one occasion as well. It's your standard-issue wasteland for potential.
