      Eventually you'll either move on or die, either is preferable to working there.

      Most of the people are morons, it's sad really.

      Pros

      Close to NIU if you're going to school. The pay is okay for the area but you will mostly learn how some (negative) corporate culture is in this world.

      Cons

      Small family/friend rat pack run the ship and turnover is out of control. Most people in the company are gone within 3 years or less and not by choice usually. Everything is micro-managed by the owner, Computers are closely monitored. Emails are not private whatsoever. Cameras everywhere. Horrible medical insurance.
