Pros
Remuneration and benefits are pretty good. The new CEO is at least trying to set a direction (didn't stay to find out if it was working).
Cons
Too many people that are just there for the free lunches, living-off the last big deal (which was over a year ago), hoping for the next deal to drop in their laps, and pointing out others' shortcomings (while not delivering on their own responsibilities). This is sales, and a team game; you're only as good as your next closed deal. If you're not going to help, at least don't get in the way of others that are trying.
