Opportunity for experience in all areas of company, good salary

Cons

Toxic environment, management plays favorites, if you complain you get what you want but the people who just put in the work and don’t complain get taken advantage of, management micromanages employees and spys on them, looked down on if you call in sick, super gossipy and back stabbing, shamelessly fires people for anything, get ready to have ptsd, the only reason this company survives is because of the naive worker bees while the ruthless toxic VPs do nothing but gossip and be horrible.

Company made an effort to promote individual growth and train entry level employees.

Cons

Overall, the work culture was poor. Employees were nice, but the atmosphere was toxic. High turnover rate and constantly changing teams.
