Labs flood with raw sewage frequently, management is always changing and always bad, they want to be GMP but have no clue what that means they have been hemorrhaging client and are going to be shut down the EPA, FDA, or OSHA soon

Formulated Solutions let me go after I injured my hand while working for them because they were afraid I would file a worker's comp claim. Now that I've lost my job, I have no income and no health insurance to pay for this injury that happened while working for them. After I reported my injury to Formulated Solutions, they acted like everything would be just fine, saying they wouldn't replace me as long as I brought in a doctor's note saying it was safe for me to return to work. I paid for 2 doctor's visits in order to fulfill their request out of my own pocket and brought the paperwork saying it was safe for me to return. They fired me the next day. They pretend to care but they really don't. They'll leave you like a dead dog on the side of the road after they've caused your injury - leaving YOU to deal with all the daily pain and all the medical bills, surgery, etc. 10-hour shifts - 6-7 nights a week - I worked 2nd Shift which was M-F 3pm-1:30am. Beyond M-F, they pressure you to also work Sat & Sun (same 10-hour shift). If you don't work, they can't run the lines over the weekend.
