      Pros

      Great working environment. The staff is very nice to new employees, very helpful. Everyone is working to improve patients care.

      Cons

      Need to hire more staff. Working understaffed is dangerous, mistakes could happen. The tube system is not very reliable and meds are often sent to the wrong unit.

      The Managers and higher-ups...have the slightest idea of what it takes to do the job you have,,,and are so buddy buddy with each other that getting anything done that might cause someones toes to get stepped on is NEVER GONNA HAPPEN
