Nice facility (Bennett Street) and centrally located. The freedom-driven culture *used* to be fantastic. It disintegrated several months ago. Work-from-home flexibility.

Cons

Evaporation of what used to be a great culture. Toxic management. This is a quickly sinking ship - if you are still there, pursue other options. Long hours with no recognition. Senior management and HR turn a blind eye to bullying and harassment. DISORGANISED. Zero communication from leadership. Hurry up and wait attitude. Senior execs, especially Hutch and Forrest, are all bravado but no action. Terrible how they treated hundreds of people in massive layoffs, zero notice. Recruitment freeze in place since Sep 22 with no communication.
