Pros

Amazing training and support, great people, and growth opportunity. Best job I've ever had. Great pay scale and benefits as it's unionized. They set you up for success and care about your development. Management is superb.

Cons

Have to learn a ton of information (not a con for me, but it's not easy.) Sometimes there are hard situations to resolve for customers. Some customers can be a bit rude, especially if you have an accent. But most of the callers were really great.
