      Too much politics

      The staff is friendly and focus on English communication which is a good thing.

      Cons

      Software development head is driving politics to an unbearable level. No chance of being innovative and balls are passing everywhere if you really want a change and learn something new this is not the company. If you can do politics rather than doing your work this is the place. Good for consultants and HR people but not for the Software development people. Request a lot of extra work continuously without taking any leaves or weekend off days. And that head is thinking that is mandatory for the employee. Bad culture in that particular division.

There is a concerning trend where toxic employees are seemingly rewarded or favored, creating an environment that may discourage individuals from considering employment. The workplace dynamics, influenced by internal politics and a lack of awareness or action from management, contribute to a challenging and potentially demoralizing atmosphere. Considering the treatment of toxic employees, it raises questions about the overall health of the work environment and may give pause to those considering joining the organization
