Pros

- Flexible working (remote, or in studio and flexi hours) - Fantastic charismatic creative directors, that are approachable, open and nurturing - Opportunity to shape and mould your role - Lovely people that you can truly get on with and have a laugh with - but also approach the hard times in a supportive way - Receptive to feedback and change - Always pushing to be better and change the way things are done - The chance to work with strategists, copywriters, motion designers and more. - A truly multidisciplinary studio with digital, branding, packaging, art direction, motion and more - Exciting environment that's growing and evolving

Cons

- Tight timelines to the detriment of the work at times - Studio culture could be better – find ways to bring the team together more (virtually or in person)

Pros

- A really lively place to work with a fantastic sociable team. - There's a wide range of skillsets across the company with the chance to work with copywriters, strategists, motion designers and developers. - Currently moving into a large renovated office space. - Work from home is very flexible, including flexi time so you can manage your own hours. - Feedback is always very constructive. - The digital side of the company is very well structured and developed - A fairly new, growing company so a chance to be part of something exciting - Chance to grow as a designer in many different areas: brand, digital, motion, art direction

Cons

- A lot of F&B based clients, which can feel quite repetitive, but moving away from this. - Salary could be more competitive. - Sometimes tight timelines compromise the quality of work produced.
