Young, immature, and inexperienced management that's caused high turnover

I think the oldest person at this company is in their 30s, and that's including the Founders/CEOs. And it SHOWS. I really don't think they have any idea what they're doing, it's like a playground. Upper management is very cliquey, since they've been here from the early stages. The problem with that is feedback from unhappy employees gets unheard, and they'd rather have a high turnover rate than fix the very obvious problem that is reeking from upper management. The way this company is run makes upper management feel untouchable. If you are looking for career progression and eventually want to manage a team or hold more of a leadership position, you're SOL here and should look elsewhere. Current management is very power hungry and has major control issues. You will never feel valued here as you will always be put in your place doing their grunt work. From personal experience, they are more of a boss and anything but a leader.
