      Pros

      Access to management, deep technological knowledge to bring interesting work to life, proactive workers are highly valued and nice sense of team mostly in one place so its easy to communicate. Has an entrepreneurial speed to things.

      Cons

      So fast growing your career can be overlooked. If you're looking to be mentored this is not necessarily the place for you. Limited clients mostly in the financial sector so culture is also very conservative.

      Strong team members, experienced team, consistent hours and good html developers, the design team is very good at production and resizing images.

      Cons

      No company happy hours or anything involving going out with employees that is paid for. Area is not a fun area to go out in.
