Pros

Aside from having Borough Market on your doorstep, there is not one good thing to say about Four. Everyone is treated like mice running in a wheel in a cage. No clocks so you don't know when to go home; free flu jabs to reduce sickness loss, and no daylight!

Cons

The list is too long but in short You will have no life - no clocks either to prompt leaving on time The leadership team are faceless and cold. You are just a number, an hourly rate, a means to hitting a turnover target. And if you are a working mum or thinking about having a baby, forget it. You are teased with a five figure sum to come back to work literally the day after giving birth.

Pros

Good clients, projects and colleagues. Used to have fantastic reputation.

Cons

Increasing obsession with being tight/lean - staff are fed up of being treated as a spreadsheet and not valued employees. Agency promotes mental health and equality yet morale is awful across many teams resulting in high turnover particularly in the last six months. Maternity policy is bare legal minimum which for a supposedly progressive company isn't acceptable in this age. Management needs to learn that giving a little will go a long way in terms of staff retention - pay in line with competitors and offer more benefits, it will save you money in the long run.

Definitely not the place for everyone

Pros

Big name clients Big teams Good breakfast

Cons

It was like being at school with the strict rules of the office. Very rigid structure and delayed career progression. Middle management often very over-bearing. Call themselves integrated but miss many opportunities for better client work because of corporate nonsense. Definitely not the place for everyone, creativity and new ideas aren't welcomed often. If you want to be a cog in the wheel, this is the place.
