Pros

Very few pros come to mind, there were some great people on the individual contributor level I worked with across multiple teams however many left or are on their way out.

Cons

This is a highly toxic and disorganized work environment. Leadership’s lack of knowledge, direction, and experience is apparent. When I started, leadership was disengaged and disconnected to everything. I noticed there was a sudden and obvious change in leadership’s approach where “urgent” asks from above were being requested with little to no context. Unrealistic and changing expectations started being communicated as the norm. This caused confusion, chaos, and burn out, resulting in extremely low morale across teams. Concerns and feedback were either ignored or people were penalized/suddenly terminated for speaking up. Lastly, it doesn’t go unsaid there is no work life balance or professional boundaries here. This is a work environment that sets people up for failure and can have a serious impact on overall well-being.

Pros

The only pro I can think of is getting commission from a new concept opening.

Cons

My experience at this company was extremely disappointing. If you are considering working here, I strongly encourage you to carefully read the reviews and look for consistent themes. Shortly after I joined, it became clear that the culture was not what it appeared to be during the interview process. I observed what I would describe as a toxic work environment. In one instance, an employee who reported concerns about a hostile environment began receiving unexpected write-ups and increased scrutiny shortly after speaking up. From my perspective, it created a culture where employees felt unsafe raising legitimate concerns. There was a clear message: speaking up could negatively impact your standing. Leadership may present as supportive on the surface, but transparency and psychological safety were lacking. Trust was difficult to build, and information shared in confidence did not always feel protected. There were also operational challenges. Meetings were frequent but often lacked clear outcomes or action items, which made it difficult to drive meaningful progress. The environment felt highly reactive, with constant fire drills and client churn. Instead of focusing on long-term customer outcomes, there was heavy emphasis on activity metrics, such as the number of QBRs conducted, rather than the impact or value delivered to clients. Additionally, accountability appeared inconsistent. Certain individuals were allowed to behave unprofessionally without meaningful consequences, which negatively impacted team morale. Turnover was high, and in my opinion, that reflects deeper cultural and operational issues. Overall, this was one of the most challenging experiences of my career in tech. I would recommend asking thoughtful questions about leadership style, employee retention, and how concerns are handled internally before accepting an offer.
