It’s a nice store in a nice location

Cons

Expect no training, mistakes will be your training just hope you don’t make the wrong ones. You will receive very mixed messages from the people above you and they will not back you up. Accountability is only for some people, not for everyone. The pay sucks and the store is not profitable which is really bad when you’re paid on commission. It’s so slow most days you just sit around, by the afternoon it’s hard to stay awake. I’d say it’s a good place to learn the trade except there’s no training and few customers to practice. We would often come in on a Saturday to one lead and it was for service, things like that happened all the time.
