Great Place to be yourself! Management is great to work with you in life situations. You can make some good money!

Cons

You must attach coverage or upgrades to your rental. If they decline, those days will go against you. So you can make a percentage of off $10,000 but if you have to many (days) customers that decline you may get zero of the hard work you did. You do not get paid for the rental for the most part. You get paid for what you attach. If you have to many days with no coverage, your percentage of your revenue will decrease horribly! With high benefit rates your checks will be small until the end of the month. 50 % - 70 % customers will always decline coverage with high amount of days per contract.

No training. Upper management very lousy, unprofessional. Advices or suggestions not accepted, are frowned upon.

Get to work from home on occasion which is nice. Especially if you are sick or have emergencies.

Cons

Not much support staff. You do everything. Title doesn't earn you any respect. No real skills and a lot of old ways and employees in high up positions who don't know basic skills, which you will have to make up for. So frustrating, especially when trying to have basic communication. No process, or you will have to make it. Horrible benefits, the worst! People work for the corporate office all over the company so everything is on conference and no one works together.
