Pros
Everyone was very polite at first
Cons
Individuals running the company have no direction and there is a family struggle between sales and marketing. They lied about territory numbers and set unrealistic goals. Allow for non credible individuals to come in and tell you how to work your territory. Its like they have a company just to say they have one and if you disagree or have a different opinion they will fire you.
Pros
Not many. Easy commute to the office.
Cons
This workplace isn't just dysfunctional; it's actively detrimental to your well-being and career. The combination of factors paints a picture of a deeply toxic environment characterized by control, manipulation, and a complete disregard for employee value. Let's break down the red flags: The Core Issues: Low Pay and Undervalued Employees: This is the foundation of the problem. When your worth isn't recognized financially, it creates a breeding ground for resentment and a feeling of being taken advantage of. Toxic Culture & Micromanagement: Being constantly scrutinized and suffocated by micromanagement stifles creativity and breeds anxiety. The passive-aggressive comments are the poisonous icing on the cake, creating a hostile atmosphere where you're constantly walking on eggshells. Poor Leadership & Favoritism: The lack of competent leadership is glaring. The "family-owned red flag" rings loud and clear, suggesting nepotism, favoritism, and a lack of accountability. Basing performance on personality rather than actual work is a blatant admission that meritocracy doesn't exist here. Punishment for Dissent: Questioning management is met with hostility, a clear sign of an insecure leadership team that prioritizes control over progress. This culture actively silences valuable feedback and prevents positive change. Setting Employees Up to Fail: This is a particularly insidious tactic. The deliberate setting up for failure demonstrates a lack of empathy and a willingness to sacrifice employees for the sake of maintaining a facade of control. Isolation and Bullying: Voicing concerns or setting boundaries results in isolation and, even worse, bullying. This is unacceptable behavior and creates a hostile and unsafe work environment. Forced After-Hour Functions: Threatening consequences for not attending after-hour functions is a boundary violation and a clear indicator of a company that doesn't respect your personal time. Super Critical with No Valid Feedback & "Never Good Enough": This constant negativity, devoid of constructive criticism, serves only to erode your confidence and motivation. The "never good enough" mantra is a classic manipulation tactic. The Long-Term Fallout: This toxic combination leads to: Burnout: The constant stress and pressure will inevitably lead to exhaustion and a decline in your physical and mental health. Decreased Productivity: Fear and anxiety are productivity killers. You'll spend more time navigating the toxic environment than actually doing your job. High Turnover: Long-term employees complaining about management confirm this is a systemic issue, not just a temporary blip. Expect a revolving door of employees. Damage to Your Career: Staying in this environment can negatively impact your professional growth and future opportunities. Conclusion: This workplace is a textbook example of a toxic environment that prioritizes control and personal gain over the well-being and development of its employees. If you are experiencing even a fraction of these issues, it's time to seriously consider your options. Your mental health and career are worth more than enduring this kind of abuse. Seek a healthier and more supportive work environment where you are valued and respected. This is not a place to grow; it's a place where you'll be slowly suffocated. Get out while you can.

Cons
So disappointing working for Foxfury Lighting Company 1.The pay for any employees is way below market value $30,000 to $40,000 2. The company has been struggled for years and is behind on developing the right products for their target audience. 3. It’s a family business and they employee the whole family so promoting is slim. 4. Their marketing team made up of the (owners) running that division and FoxFury has no marketing presence on social media or product placement. 5. They have consultants work for that are total posers and don’t have one qualification to be consultants for Police/Fire/EMS. There backgrounds are on the net and they have both been Identified and frauds. 6. The owners and their family that work at FoxFury have never had jobs before they started FoxFury Lighting, so they all think they are experts at Police/Fire/ems products. 7. The company has been selling there products out of the country due to poor sales in the us. (All their products are made in china and they started another company in china to hide sales losses in the US.) 8. They tell new employees that they have a huge number of clients in the US, but they don’t even have the top 100 first responder agencies in the US. (Current CRM database from the 90s) They don’t even have a current database. 9. They don’t have any real long-term employees which a red flag. 10. Do your homework on the company before you waste your time on working
