      Management are supportive and allow for autonomy Great office in central Manchester Great team and culture Had a work trip to HQ in Estonia

      Flexible conditions for hybrid working. Some team members are nice people.

      Cons

      There are constant changes of job roles, responsibilities and tasks. There are regular rounds of redundancy. There is little to no progression, there's no long term career here.
