Too many cases and at the company totally have favouritism. If you are not on management side, top management will give you a lot cases for you to handle and at one point you can't handle and this will effect your performance that lead to PIP (Performance Improvement Plan). So, you need to start searching for other job. Even we can work from home, there will be no work life balance. Most of us work until night. Event (eg; Halloween, Deepavali, CNY, etc) every month will have a event, so need to make sure put aside sum of money for your attire. Plus, it is compulsory for you to join. For event, usually employee need to perform like sing/dance/acting/others. Please acting like you enjoy to perform and like every event they do because top management are the one that like you to perform. If you talk bad thing about the event that you don't like to perform during the event, you already on the bad side. Last but not least, there will be a lot verbal sexual harassment in Dispatch team (man) and other thing. There one time one of the staff at dispatch team sent porn video through Whatapp group that also have top management. However, no strict action taken by top management.

Must be independent and workload is alot.
