      Fast Growing Company with lots of changes all the time

      Pros

      1, Very unique corporate culture which gives members for lots of autonomy and freedom. 2, There is a proprietary product and which will be a huge differentiator from the other agency companies. 3, Cross border communication is happening everywhere on slack and we can receive pieces of advice and help from the people in all over the world.

      Cons

      I see that the company is going through growing pain. New product launch, people getting the growth opportunity to a higher and wider level, there are so many changes happening all the time, so you have to keep on developing yourself and keep on learning.

      Not many pros I experienced in this company. I really don't recommend to join this company outside of Japan (I don't know the company in Japan so not fair to judge something about Japan business)

      Cons

      The company doesn't have advantage in outside of Japan at all. Also, the management of foreign subsidiary is very weak. A lot of cultural issue. Business outlook is not great as it is just another weak agency in Southeast Asia
