      Aesthetics over ethics, looks polished on the outside, but the culture is disappointing.

      Some individual team members are kind and hardworking despite poor leadership.

      Cons

      Toxic leadership culture disguised as “high standards.” Constant pressure, no genuine support. Management lacks transparency and basic respect, feedback is one-sided and often personal, not professional. Favouritism is rampant; advancement is political, not merit-based. Mental wellbeing is not a priority. High turnover for a reason.
