Nearly everyone working in the head office is a positive, friendly person. Not too 'serious' with no corporate toxicity in my department.
Exciting changes being made by a newly-refreshed leadership team make it a very exciting time to be a part of the company
Cons
Resourcing issues resulting in long, tough hours for some employees as a result of previous mismanagement. This should hopefully be a temporary pain as the new management take the reins, but right now it's quite challenging.
From day one, everyone has been so welcoming and the culture has never missed a beat. The leadership team are super supportive and encourages many growth opportunities. No two days are the same which keeps the workflow constant and interesting.
- Invest in their staff and if you work hard and they see potential in you, you will be given opportunities
- Great senior leadership team that is always striving to improve the business and wellbeing of their staff
- Great benefits including staff discounts, fitness classes, weekly office drinks and snacks, free coffee
Cons
- Some of the systems still need fine-tuning
- Long lead times on products
The best thing about working with any company is having a very present leadership and upper management, since started with Freedom all you’ve seen is training , information, updates and communication. This makes for a very strong business model. Great training is provided and it is such a great work environment. Ample opportunities if you work hard you will be rewarded.
Cons
Learning all the product knowledge at a quick pace. However we are all human and no one can know everything. It will come with time.
