From day one, everyone has been so welcoming and the culture has never missed a beat. The leadership team are super supportive and encourages many growth opportunities. No two days are the same which keeps the workflow constant and interesting.

- Invest in their staff and if you work hard and they see potential in you, you will be given opportunities - Great senior leadership team that is always striving to improve the business and wellbeing of their staff - Great benefits including staff discounts, fitness classes, weekly office drinks and snacks, free coffee

The best thing about working with any company is having a very present leadership and upper management, since started with Freedom all you’ve seen is training , information, updates and communication. This makes for a very strong business model. Great training is provided and it is such a great work environment. Ample opportunities if you work hard you will be rewarded.
Cons
Learning all the product knowledge at a quick pace. However we are all human and no one can know everything. It will come with time.

The store team are the no1 best thing about the role
