Pros
- Coworkers, most of them are always giving a helping hand for the most part. - Alejandro (Churri) is a awesome guy, he really seems to care about people. - Working on such a huge project and knowing the impact of your work is gratifying. - Team buildings I would say that the best part is the people, you are going to get along with most of your colleagues, there are amazing people here by no doubt.
Cons
- Work load, over the years got out of hand, there is or was very little organization and the work load is not balanced between colleagues. - Technologies are outdated and there seems to be no push towards a change. - Salaries are low for the most part, I would hardly seen any change if it wasn't for new opporunities that came a long.
