It’s not a medical sales company. Limited opportunities to advance in sales. It is a place to be comfortable at. New reps won’t stay. Mid level want more advancement opportunities and leave. It’s good if you like making 105-110k kinda chill out type of job. Won’t make more or less.
Base salary is much better than Davita. The posted salary doesnt include, shift differential and call pay. They match 1/2 your 401k up to 6%, 5weeks vacation
