- Multicultural team - Nice, friendly and supportive people - Team size is scaling up - Learn a lot of new things in finance, technology and even a bit of policies
Cons
As we are in our early stage, we don't have the luxury of historical data and might not be able to see if some of the initiatives we worked on are performing better.

Pros
Fast growing + friendly team + lots of autonomy. Feels like a company that is really shaking up its industry and headed for big things. The founders feel very strongly about the mission of opening up access to public capital raises, which gives the team a solid purpose. Good amount of stock options offered for early employees.
Cons
Early stage, so product changes pretty often as we learn and the direction gets refined.
