      Extremely Toxic At Every Level. RUN!

      An extremely toxic company as a whole, self-serving leadership team only cares about playing politics, the team loves putting people down and suppressing them, struggle to manage the company and is a complete mess internally with low to no resources

      Executive leadership cause the downfall of this beautiful brand. Bad decisions on making brand promotional cause the brand to lose its appeal. And the over reliance and catering to one specific region of customers is never good for a global business esp when that region experiences a slowdown. Product formulations are no longer what it used to be so the product development head should be replaced. It’s so sad that the revamped formulas are so bad that so many Sephora reviews are saying so. Innovation formulas have been mediocre at best. Glad Ada Lien is out of the glass door as CEO. I felt that the company culture was turning toxic.

      Pros

      Enjoyable atmosphere to work in. The company focuses a lot on enhancing customer experience when they are at the store, and encouraging us to be more engaging with customers, such as storytelling and sharing our own experiences with the products. Really fun place to work at.

      Cons

      Not much commission opportunities for part-timers.
